FMP Portfolio Layout Confusion!

Can someone Please clarify what measurements our FMP portfolios have 2 be?? Does it have to be within the 29.7 by 24.2 measurements or can it be whatever, as in A4 or A3???

see comment from db/gts..
also here..

Sent this template out yesterday and is on bboard for you. Have spoken to gts who will require for assessment a body of work which which reflects the undertaking of a major double module (fmp) ie. all object based work inc. books must be supported but support and planning work. Once work is assessed you can then edit it along side other work to represent yourself and your 'show' portfolio.
Beacause all projects are different in nature it is difficult to define a singular presentation style. You should also present feedback, particularly if working for a live client. db/gts

As I understand it, the portfolio that goes in on June 5th can be any format you choose, but it would save redesigning pages for the bespoke books to work to the A4 'oversize' format.

does it have to be a portfolio?I heard someone said we can present it in any way?I was thinking of doing A2 layout of my website so it can be fold together. Am not sure about this maybe I didn't understand it so just asking...

I remember GTS Saying 'surprise me' about the whole 'portfolio' thing and I think some ppl are even creating books instead of a portfolio. The idea sounds interesting, so there's no reason not to go with it!!

If David is reading this, would it be possible to send us the folio template sometime this week? As Aleister mentioned, it saves a lot of redesigning so I'm hoping to use those dimensions (have a lot of work to do for the show set-up so time is precious!)

Am i right in thinking that GTS said if you're handing in a book, then you don't have to hand a portfolio in, just the book?

Well i remember him saying 'surprise me', so i'm presenting mine as loose leaf cards in an A5 box.
