Michelle Griffiths: make me famous

As exciting as my project is, I need to consider possible outcomes so that the work I do on my journey to celebrity world can be recorded in the correct way i.e photographs, video etc. I have saved all my emails that I have used to pester companies about jumping on the bandwagon of my fame so I can also consider using them. I was also thinking of advertising a website address along with everything I do (on poster campaign, on wall in House of Fraser) so that I can record if people are actually looking to see what 'this girl that keeps appearing' is all about.
I do not really want to make a scrapbook/diary.
I also am not keen on just having the website at the final show, plus I am rubbish at websites and the one I will have will be quite basic with just pics of what I have done in the 12 weeks.
I was thinking of maybe a series of magazine articles, all different styles (copying the styles of heat, elle, vogue etc) each one explaining one of the methods I tried to get famous with plus outcomes...
Any ideas would be really helpful, thanks guys.
Michelle

You should advertise a myspace account instead of a website (would be a lot easier to set up as well)!

ok, that sounds better-can you record how many people have visited it though?

I'm pretty sure you can...most of those sites show 'page views' and you can get people to leave comments (fan club style). Asya has a myspace account, she should know more.

Still reckon you should pester Max Clifford, the worst he can do is say no! Thinking of ways you can present this, what about a documentary? Celeb style of course. You'll need other people to help film snippets of you, but i'm sure we'll all help as much as we can.

i really like christine's idea. i think a documentary kind of "e" - would dbe a great way to show fans, fan clubs, website, magazines, interviews with you and maybe friends..... plus you could actually make it become a good peice of work at the end.

Thank you guys for your comments.
I suppose I could do a documentary but this is not what I would like to have done as I have done lots of video work already for my portfolio. Any other ideas would be great, if not I might go with the documentary, thanks again

I thought of something earlier that all celebrities need: an entourage! Get some actors... approx 3 burly men in suits with hands free sets and shades, several reporters with cameras and microphones and at least 4 'hanger-on-ers', who look pretty good but not as glamorous as yourself. Then parade around Leicester Square and go in to some restaurants on Kensington Church street.

See Paris Hilton, queen of the entourage: http://youtube.com/watch?v=QoIuBfsEujI

Great idea, aleister!!! Michelle, that sounds like fun and makes a lot of sense to do. As you have a lot of video stuff in ur portfolio, the footage that u will collect from parading around like a real celeb, u can use to create anything!
Anything u want to work with like layouts for magazines/web like u mentioned, or posters/graphic paintings, etc. (graphic as in 'done on the computer'). Mary
